Leonardo in 3D

New project with The Fab Lab

Leonardo's bridge becomes three-dimensional

A new project with and for innovation for the children of MILE who, guided by the experts of The Fab Lab, have recreated Leonardo Da Vinci's self-supporting bridge using Laser technology.
From single pieces of wood to one of the historic bridges par excellence. Designed by the Maestro between 1487 and 1489, the self-supporting bridge is the most ingenious for its simple construction and structure: in fact, it stands thanks to the original interlocking technique designed by Leonardo that the boys of MILE Middle have reproduced with modern laser machines.
