Baseball in Middle School

Baseball preparatory circuit in Middle School

Our Middle School students trained at the sports center in a preparatory circuit for the game of baseball.

The objectives of the activity were to learn how to:

  - RUN: between one base and another in attack, or go and get the ball in defense

  - THROW / GRAB the ball: either thrown by a team-mate or hit by an opponent

  - JUMP: to avoid the ball if you are in attack, to catch it if you are in defense

  - SLIDING: to reach the base without being touched by the opponent

developing their motor skills, and strengthening the sense of belonging to the team while maintaining the correct distance.
