D.lgs. n 33 del 14 marzo 2013:
Reorganisation of the regulations on the obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information by public administrations.
The decree intends to: reorganise and standardise the fundamental obligations of publication deriving from the countless regulations stratified over the last few years; define roles, responsibilities and processes for public administrations and control bodies; introduce the new institution of civic access.
Transparency is understood ‘as the total accessibility of information concerning the organisation and activity of public administrations, in order to favour widespread forms of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources’.
